What the eight extras are
The Nailer is a melee weapon. The Cenobite shotgun skin and the Punisher baseball bat skin are cosmetics on those weapons. The Leviathan charm hangs on a weapon. The digital art book, digital soundtrack, and Bleeding Hearts novella are library items. The 80s horror movie filter is a visual option.
None of those extras change the achievement list. All 69 achievements, 35 of them public, are on the base game. A Deluxe weapon can still be the melee weapon you repair, reinforce, or break for the melee achievements, but those achievements do not name The Nailer.
Standard package 1835144 contains the base game. If you only want the release build, that is the $39.99 buy on Steam. The Deluxe jump is $10 on the bundle, or $14.99 if you add the DLC after the fact.
